VoiceNEXT servers will be undergoing maintenance to update the phone system virtualization software to the latest version (v4.8.2). The purpose of the update is to increase platform stability and enhance geo-redundancy and disaster recovery infrastructure. The maintenance will last for 1 hour, from 3 AM - 4 AM EST on Tuesday, May 20. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window.
