VoiceNEXT servers will be undergoing maintenance to update the phone system to the latest software version (v7.4.0.3). The update will provide new features, enhanced security, and minor bug fixes, including a fix to queue & ERG reporting. The maintenance will last for 1 hour, from 3 AM - 4 AM EST on Thursday, March 27. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window.
