VoiceNEXT servers will be undergoing maintenance to update the phone system to the latest software version (v7.6.0). The update will provide new features, enhanced security, and minor bug fixes.

New features to include: Microsoft Teams integration, OpenAI voice transcription, AI Voice Greeting Generation, and much more.

The maintenance will last for 1 hour, from 3 AM - 4 AM EST on Tuesday, December 23. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window. If you require your calls to be forwarded during this maintenance window, please email support@voicenext.com.
