Incident Report for VoiceNEXT

Identified

Due to a global internet security flaw identified in PHP programming language, VoiceNEXT's web portal GUI will only operate in read-only mode, effective immediately. There will be no impact to your phone service or phone system features. However, you will not be able to login to make any changes to the phone system configuration until further notice. This measure has been taken to ensure the security of your phone system until a security patch can be applied this evening.

This is a global internet vulnerability impacting websites worldwide and is not limited to VoiceNEXT services.

We recommend delaying any requests for updates or modifications to your services on our platform until we confirm that emergency maintenance has been completed.

A follow-up notice will be sent when the security patch has been applied and the web portal is fully operational.
