Please be advised, as of December 1, 2026 you will be required to setup 2 Factor Authentication (2FA)/2-step verification in order to login to your VoiceNEXT phone system web portal. This is an additional measure to ensure the security of VoiceNEXT services.
There will be NO IMPACT to your phone system or calling features. This change will only impact your ability to login to the phone system's web portal.
The first time you attempt to login to the web portal on or after 12/1, you will be prompted to setup 2-Step Verification.
You will be required to install Google Authenticator or any other 2-step verification application on your smartphone or tablet and then follow the instructions on the screen.
