VoiceNEXT servers will be undergoing additional maintenance as part of the 7.6.0 update which will provide new features, enhanced security, and minor bug fixes.

New features to include: Microsoft Teams integration, OpenAI voice transcription, AI Voice Greeting Generation, and much more.

The maintenance will last for 1 hour, from 3 AM - 4 AM EST on Wednesday, December 24. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window. If you require your calls to be forwarded during this maintenance window, please email support@voicenext.com.
