VoiceNEXT servers will be undergoing maintenance to update the ClickHouse/Statistics database. The purpose of this maintenance is to repair and restore core services to the Statistics and Reporting databases.

The maintenance will last for 1 hour, from 3 AM - 4 AM EST on Wednesday, December 31. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window. If you require your calls to be forwarded during this maintenance window, please email support@voicenext.com.
