VoiceNEXT will be performing emergency maintenance to patch a known issue in the phone system virtualization software. The purpose of the update is to increase platform stability and enhance Geo-redundancy and disaster recovery infrastructure. The maintenance will last for 30 fro minutes from 3:00 AM - 3:30 AM EST on Wednesday, April 1st. There will be approximately 10 minutes of downtime during the maintenance window.
